Failure to complete payment may result in booking cancellation.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed according to our refund policy and may take several business days.
Rutocab is not liable for:
Delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances
Loss or damage of personal belongings left in vehicles
Indirect or incidental damages
While we strive to ensure safety and reliability, transportation services are provided on a best-effort basis.
Passengers must:

Follow driver instructions
